GPU-on-Wheels™
AI Compute Where the Power Already Exists
GPU-on-Wheels™ is a modular 2 MW high-density AI compute platform designed by USDC to bring AI infrastructure directly to power-ready locations.
Rather than requiring construction of a conventional permanent data center, the platform integrates high-density AI compute, electrical distribution, liquid cooling and thermal management within a factory-integrated, relocatable system engineered for rapid field deployment.
2 MW Critical IT Capacity
3 Modules
Integrated Modular Platform
Low to Zero Process Water
Dry Heat-Rejection Architecture
Up to 50°C
High-Ambient Operation
Sound-Attenuated Operation 55 dBA at 7 meters
Limited Footprint 0.27-acre fenced equipment area
Engineered for High-Density AI
GPU-on-Wheels™ is designed around the power density, cooling and connectivity requirements of modern rack-scale AI systems. The modular infrastructure separates the long-life physical platform from the rapidly evolving AI hardware inside it, allowing compute technology to be refreshed as accelerator generations advance.
HIGH-DENSITY AI COMPUTE
Designed for rack-scale AI training, inference, simulation and other GPU-intensive workloads.
DIRECT LIQUID COOLING
Liquid cooling captures the majority of server heat directly at the compute equipment, with dry heat rejection to the outside environment.
TECHNOLOGY AGILITY
The compute payload can evolve while the underlying electrical, cooling and modular infrastructure remains in service.
Designed for Challenging Environments
AI infrastructure should go where the power and customers are - not only where the climate is easy.GPU-on-Wheels™ is designed for operation in ambient temperatures of up to 50°C, expanding deployment possibilities across hot and arid regions where conventional cooling infrastructure can be costly, water-intensive or difficult to develop. Dry heat-rejection architecture eliminates dependence on evaporative cooling during normal operation and allows for very low to zero process water.
Three Modules. One Integrated AI Platform.
The 2 MW platform is organized as an approximately 133-foot modular train consisting of three integrated functional zones:Thermal Management → AI Compute → Power & Controls
THERMAL MANAGEMENT
Integrated heat-rejection systems positioned at both ends of the platform provide high-capacity cooling without traditional rooftop mechanical equipment.
AI COMPUTE
The central compute environment houses the high-density AI infrastructure within a controlled, liquid-cooled operating environment.
POWER & CONTROLS
Integrated electrical distribution and controls connect the compute environment to site power, communications and supporting infrastructure.
From One Unit to an AI Campus
2 MW is the building block - not the limit.GPU-on-Wheels™ allows capacity to be added in standardized increments as utility power, customers and capital become available.Multiple units can share site infrastructure, fiber, security and operational systems, allowing a deployment to grow from an initial 2 MW installation into a larger distributed AI compute campus without abandoning the original platform.
2 MW — 1 Unit | 10 MW — 5 Units | 20 MW — 10 Units
Rapid Deployment by Design
Factory integration shifts much of the construction and systems-integration work away from the deployment site.Once fabrication is complete and the site has suitable power, fiber, foundations and required approvals, the modular platform is designed for rapid installation, commissioning and energization.
One Platform. Multiple Deployment Models.
POWER-RICH SITES
Deploy AI compute where utility or dedicated generation capacity is already available.
INDUSTRIAL & REMOTE LOCATIONS
Bring compute closer to energy, industrial operations, research facilities or other workload sources.
SOVEREIGN & PRIVATE AI
Create dedicated AI environments for governments, enterprises and regulated customers requiring greater control over infrastructure and workloads.
Bring the Compute to the Power.
GPU-on-Wheels™ gives infrastructure owners, governments and enterprises a new path to deploy high-density AI capacity without waiting for a conventional hyperscale data center development cycle.
